Registration Procedures for New Students
Deadline Steps
  Fill an application form at the Admissions’ Office
Pay application and placement test fees at the Business Office
Check for the date of the placement test at the admissions office
Dorm information is available at the Student Affairs’ Office
On the test date Do the test
Receive the letter of Admission from the Admissions’ Office (including ID# and meeting date with the advisor)
Receive the letter of the Vice President (including payment procedure and dates)
On the advising date Meet the advisor
Register the courses
Sign the registration form
Confirm your payment plan at the Business office
  Settle the registration fees and down payment at the Business Office
  Sign the statement of fees at the Business Office (between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm)
Failure to do so will result in your courses being dropped automatically
 
N.B. Missing the registration deadline student will be automatically charged a late registration fee of USD 35
   
   
   
Registration Procedures for Old Students
Deadline Step
  Register online using your student portal username and password
Check the date and time of the meeting with your advisor on the student’s portal
The registration fees of USD 300 + USD 180 Operational Fees
Check your statement of fees online
Check your payments’ plan and deadlines
  Meet the advisor. Respect the meeting date and time, be punctual.
Have your registration receipt with you
Confirm your registration with the Advisor
Sign the registration form at the Advisor’s office
 
  Sign the statement of fees at the Business Office (between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm)
Failure to do so will result in your courses being dropped automatically
 
N.B. Missing the registration deadline or the meeting with the advisor will automatically incur a late registration fee of  USD 35
