Mission

The Registrar is responsible for the management and supervision of all administrative and operational functions of the Registrar Office. The Registrar ensures the integrity, accuracy, and security of all academic records of current and former students; facilitates effective student enrollment and registration; builds secure student data files; and sets policy and procedures for their responsible use; maintains up-to-date course schedules, catalogs, and examination schedules; manages efficient use of classrooms; and maintains the degree audit systems.

The Registrar also supervises the processes undertaken for the articulation of transfer credits, graduation, and certification of baccalaureate and associate degrees, enrollment and degree verification, production of official transcripts, and diplomas.

The Registrar advises students, faculty, and staff on academic matters, and interprets and enforces the University policies and regulations.

The Registrar also participates in various councils and committees.
